How this works
Open Today. Press the gold button. Claude, running on Kamal’s Mac, does the work and shows the answer under that button — usually within 1–5 minutes. Then the next button. That is the whole method.
When Claude writes a message for someone, it goes to Approve. You say yes or no, copy it, and send it yourself. Nothing on this page sends a message, posts anything, or spends money.

The first weeks are lighter. Week 1: decide who you serve and fix the website. Outreach starts in week 2, posts in week 3. Today only shows what applies to this week and this day.
If something looks wrong
- Not connected (top right) — check your internet and reload. If it stays, tell Kamal.
- Claude is signed out or Claude’s computer is off — your requests wait in line and run when it is back. You can close the page. Tell Kamal.
- Did not work under a button — press Try again once. If it happens twice, tell Kamal and give him the code shown (run-…).
- Did not run — Claude signed out while this was waiting, so nothing happened. Press Try again once the top right says Claude ready.
- Cancelled — you cancelled it; nothing happened. Press the button again if you need it.
- A button you expected is missing — Today only shows this week’s steps. Everything else is under More.
A few words
- The assessment — the 8-question application form; the one door every post and message points to.
- Who you serve — the sentence Claude writes with you in week 1: who you help, with what, your one offer. Everything else is built from it.
- Outreach — talking to new people on Instagram and LinkedIn: like, one real comment, then a message with one question, then the assessment.
- A conversation — a private thread where the person wrote back at least once. Comments do not count.
- The six numbers — reach → conversations → applications → calls booked → calls held → deposits. Each one is a share of the one before.
- Approved — you said yes. It is still not sent until you send it.
